Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 lemons juiced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup continental parsley
Instructions
- Scoop out avocado and remove seed.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate and use as required.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper.
