Method
- Place all ingredients for the strawberry chia mix into a blender. Blend on high until smooth then pour into a lidded container and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
- Repeat step 1 for the chocolate chia mix.
- Mix yoghurt and vanilla until well combined, cover and refrigerate.
- To serve, spoon chocolate chia mix into a mason jar a little over a third full.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped strawberries then spoon a couple of tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt.
- Then gently spoon strawberry chia mix to just under the top. place a good size dollop of vanilla yoghurt on top and dress it with some chopped strawberries and sunflower kernels.
Notes
If you would like it to be a little sweeter, add some maple syrup.
